Job Description
We are looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist who will be responsible for communication development and execution to ultimately promote Thrive Agric's brand, image, reputation, objectives and achievements.
She/He will completely adhere to Thrive Agric’s values as well as support the realisation of its vision, mission, activities, and business goals through consistent delivery of excellent design, multimedia & IT support.
Primary responsibilities:
- Debrief, interpret and deploy all corporate design requests from all tiers of staff and departments of the organisation across available channels, including social media, apps, email, website and print; such as electronic forms, presentations, newsletters, handbills/pamphlets, banners, video, audio, image, podcasts, infographics, GIFs etc.
- Provide design and IT support for all Thrive Agric’s physical, brand and digital assets including facilities, banners, handbills/pamphlets, ID cards, branded merchandise, website, online and social media platforms, apps etc.
- Identify, develop and deploy design, multimedia, & IT strategies/tools to enhance Thrive Agric’s internal & external communication and brand management initiatives.
- Manage production processes for all Thrive Agric brand merchandise and multimedia materials (image, audio, video), including scriptwriting, design, recording, editing, storage, and possible revenue generation, in collaboration with approved 3rd party service providers.
- Ensure adherence to all Thrive Agric’s brand identity elements is achieved across the organisation on all applicable platforms.
- Build lasting relationships with all stakeholders, colleagues and team members to promote synergy.
- Utilize relevant knowledge, skills, tools, applications/software, and databases to achieve optimal execution of assigned tasks and functions.
- Understand and strive to meet/exceed organisational objectives and departmental OKRs while consistently increasing employee & brand engagement and providing excellent service.
- Advise the team on appropriate measures pertaining to Corporate Communications.
- Observe and investigate relevant stakeholder activity and share trends/patterns for business intelligence.
Job Requirements
- A university degree
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant post-NYSC experience
- Any accredited local and/or global Corporate Communications professional membership is an added advantage
